Q: When is the 2020 InfertileAF summit?

  • Friday, April 17th - Saturday, April 18th, 2020

Q: Where is the 2020 Summit being held?

  • The Donald E. Stephens Convention Center, Banquet Level 2

Q: What is the timing and agenda?

  • A full agenda can be found HERE. The summit will run for 1.5 Days. Day 1 Registration opens at 11am with the Summit beginning at 1pm and closing at 5pm CST. Day 2 Registration opens at 8am with the Summit beginning at 9am and closing at 5pm CST. The Summit includes multiple rooms for speakers, workshops, breakthrough sessions, vendor expo booths, panel discussions and plenty of time to connect with fellow Infertility Warriors.

Q: How do I buy tickets?

Q: What DOES my General Admission ticket purchase include?

  • Admission to the 1.5 Day Summit, (8) live speakers, (2) Dynamic Track sessions where you can choose to view a panel discussions, break-out sessions, or workshop, access to over two-dozen vendor booths, a take-away swag bag, a conference t-shirt, giveaways, and more!

Q: What is NOT included with my General Admission ticket purchase?

  • Any applicable travel and lodging charges, convention center parking, and concessions. Concessions will be available for purchase adjacent to the Summit on Level 2 each day of the event. In addition, food and beverages may also be purchased at Starbucks on the Lower Level of the convention center.

Q: What is the VIP Dinner ticket?

  • A dozen attendees can participate in a private dinner and meet-and-greet with the InfertileAF founders, Lindsay and Tia. These tickets are $120 each and are first come, first serve and non-refundable/non-transferable. Each ticket covers your dinner and drinks for the evening of Friday, April 17th, 2020. Q: What is the Social Roster ticket add-on?

  • This add-on is our solution in response to the highly requested need for a “guest book” from the first summit. Think of this add-on as an opportunity to connect with every single attendee from the summit and become Instagram bff’s! With this add-on purchase, you will receive the First Name and Instagram Handle of every attendee registered for the 2020 summit (with an applicable Instagram account). The list will be emailed to each purchaser within 48 hours after the close of the 2020 Summit. You can purchase this add-on HERE.

Q: What is the Refund Policy if I can't go after I purchased a ticket?

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with these terms.

Q: Are there discounted hotel blocks and how do I reserve one?

  • We have discounted hotel blocks at a few neighboring hotels from the Convention Center. Head HERE to reserve your stay!

Q: How far is the Summit from O'Hare Airport?

Q: Where can I park?

  • The Convention Center has onsite parking for a daily rate of $15. (Pro tip: Have your parking validated at ANY local participating hotel or restaurant and your parking is FREE.)

Q: Can my kid(s) come?

  • To keep the summit intimate, stress and distraction-free, this will be an adult-only event.

Q: Can my spouse/partner/best friend go?

  • If they is 21+, YES!!

Q: Can I attend if I'm not infertile?

  • Absolutely! We encourage EVERYONE to attend to gain support, insight and understanding!

Q: Can I attend if I'm pregnant?

  • You better! That's the ULTIMATE GOAL for this journey, right?
